Even though it turned out that I was unlikely to buy anything from WTE, Gavin spared no effort in helping me ensure that I meet current environmental regulations concerning waste water. I called and spoke with Gavin Webb regarding the potential replacement of my septic tank with a sewage treatment plant. I was given honest open information and finished the conversation discussing rain water harvesting as I decided, with gavin's help and input, that I shall not be buying a sewage treatment plant for no other reason than my existing system works fine and is low cost for maintenance and sludge removal.

I cannot reccommend anyone enough to WTE Ltd. I wish I had found Mrs Webb's expertise many years ago.
In common with many other owners of packaged treatment plants, over the years I have received much conflicting and poor advice. Mrs Webb listened to my problems, understood fully and gave clear sensible advice to deal with an issue. The industry knowledge WTE Ltd have is frankly awesome. If you are installing a plant or have problems, employ them if you possibly can!

WTE are not only expertly knowledgeable in their field they are very honest and good at explaining things in layman's terms.

There is no hard sell with WTE and every effort is made to keep costs low. My experience of this business is most companies take commercial advantage of customers who find themselves in a vulnerable position with a failed system. WTE does not.

Many thanks for your friendly help during our recent telephone enquiry about French septic tanks.

As a result of your excellent advice, we are now able to make more confident judgments about the drainage systems that we see during our house hunting trips.

Given that fosse septiques are not cheap either to repair or replace, the above phone call has probably saved us thousands of euros and you don't even sell to France!

allways had a great service from waste tech. No shortage of advice with the continued smooth running of my treatment plant. When my pump fried on bank holiday monday, waste tech were at the other end of the phone and speedily sorted out a replacement the very next day.

Many thanks to Jamie and the team for pulling all the stops out to get out unit to us Saturday, we had it installed over the weekend with no previous expeience of installing one. I had a plumber and a digger driver working with me. Does need a full size digger! Our midi struggled! Thanks for your helpful advice and Service. We look forward to many years service from the unit and pure water in the outlet from now on!
